Dom Pod Lasem is a 90-meter cottage with a large garden located in the immediate vicinity of a pine forest. Perfect for a family with children, two couples or friends who want to relax from the city without going on a long journey. The cottage combines the advantages of a short distance from Warsaw (40 minutes by car) with the charms of the countryside. You don't have to go anywhere to go for a walk - after passing the gate, you are already in the forest. The space Dom Pod Lasem is a year-round, fireplace-heated place, consisting of a living room connected to a full-size, equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with shower and two independent bedrooms upstairs. On our more than one hectare plot located on the colony of the village of Ludwinów there are three houses, each of them has a separate fenced area. Two of these houses, "Pod Lasem" and "Nowa Stodoła", are rented to our guests, the third is our family home. On the premises of our farm there is a large (4m x 8m, depth 1.6m) swimming pool, which is available for our guests and for us. A few kilometers from our house there is the old Bug river - a breeding place for wild birds, abounding in various types of fish. The short distance from the Bug and the Zegrze Lagoon allows you to enjoy water attractions. Good, low-traffic asphalt roads encourage cycling or road cycling. In the area, you can buy local products: eggs, homemade cottage cheese, milk, meat (after prior notice). A child-friendly place. Guest access The entire house and garden are for guests. Possibility to use a large swimming pool (4 m x 9 m depth 1.6 m).
