Netherfield Annexe

A pretty, peaceful country retreat, nestled in the beautiful Itchen Valley, just twelve minutes by car from historic Winchester. The annexe is separate from the main house, with plenty of parking plus use of the tennis court and part of the stunning garden offering extensive views across the countryside. Reiki treatments are also available from the host. The market town of Alresford is eight minutes away and it is a thirty minute drive to Chawton House, home of Jane Austen. The space Built in 2019, the annexe door opens onto a small hallway where stairs lead up to a large open plan kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, under the counter fridge, Nespresso machine, plenty of pots, pans and baking trays for cooking) and living area (with sofa bed and chairs, Sky TV, reading corner, table football, local guidebooks, books, games and dining table). The bedroom with King Size bed leads off this room with plenty of storage for clothes in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink plus storage shelves. There are chairs and a table in a part of the garden for guest use. Guest access There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway. The tennis court is available for use anytime except Wednesday mornings. Guests have use of a part of the garden with table and chairs provided.
