It offers a capacity of 2 people, offering a king size double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped and accessorized kitchen as well as a private terrace that will allow you to enjoy the calm and the singing of the birds. Ideal for teleworking in the countryside. The space This small house is located in the farmhouse of Bois Jean and echoes another cottage located at the back of the farm. Old Bread Oven renovated into a cute little house with all the comforts of a large one. A terrace overlooking the fields allows you to enjoy breakfast, a meal or an aperitif in the open air. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and soothing. The two Bois Jean cottages are on the same property, a bit like the houses in a small village. You can meet with a smile, exchange a hello... but everyone fully lives their stay in their private space, in complete tranquility. Guest access 🚗 Access to the accommodation Bois Jean is located about 1.5 hours from Paris by car. By train, Verneuil-sur-Avre station is 10 minutes from the cottage, with direct connections from Paris Montparnasse (about 1 hour away). We are at the gates of the Perche, in a quiet and natural environment.
