Kiek In is a rural vacation home with 75 m² of living space, 2 bedrooms and room for up to 4 people. The open kitchen concept to the living room, 3 TVs and wireless internet access ensure convenience. There is a furnished terrace as well as an additional and large garden area. A walk-in shower and a wood-burning stove complete the offer. Children, babies and two dogs are very welcome on this fenced property. Free parking spaces are available. The lovingly renovated Friesenhuus "Kiek In" (flat German for "show in") is located right next to the equally charming sister house "Kieke Wiet" in the idyllic Warfendorf Manslagt, only about 4 km from Greetsiel and about 1.5 km from the North Sea dyke. Surrounded by old farms, small alleys and the historic church with freestanding bell tower, real East Frisian country life awaits you here – quiet, original and full of charm. The historic Friesenhaus has been modernized with a lot of love for detail and combines traditional character with contemporary living comfort. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area with seating, TV and fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cool days. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, stove, oven and a fridge with freezer – ideal for cooking moments together. Also on the ground floor are the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer, the separate toilet and a storage room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with its own TV. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and screens, in the children's room (two single beds) Velux windows with blackout blinds ensure a good night's sleep. All rooms are equipped with a low-maintenance design vinyl floor, the walls are friendly lightly plastered in traditional plaster look. In front of the house, a small, fenced outdoor seating invites you to relax and linger. About 20 meters away is a private meadow with four sunbeds that invites you to sunbathe or read in the countryside. The 2 car parking spaces belonging to the house are also located here, as well as the lockable garden shed for brought bicycles. Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge (we do not guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed.) The "Kiek In" can accommodate up to four people and also warmly welcomes up to 2 dogs – it's only a few steps to the next field. The neighboring house "Kieke Wiet" is also located in our rental. Whether for cycling, walking or simply switching off: the "Kiek In" is a lovingly designed retreat where tradition and modern comfort form harmonious unity – perfect for those looking for peace, nature and real East Frisia flair.
