Remodeled in December 2018 this 2-story w/loft is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo that comes with a modern mountain touch. Located in the San Moritz Condominiums, guest will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access with grooved paths from the parking lot. With a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains you are sure to be able to kick-back and relax. Enjoy a night around the fire after a day spent out on the slopes or a cold beer out on the patio admiring the CO views. The space Unit I-303 is a beautifully remodeled, spacious 2-story condo that is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft. With vaulted ceilings this 1,843 square foot area is sure to make you feel at home. Guest can cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace after a day on the slopes or they can spend their evening admiring the mountain views from the walk-out patio. Equipped with a ski locker there is no need to worry about where to store your gear. With an open floor plan there is plenty of space for the entire family to gather together for dinner or competitive night of games, with a selection to choose from. Our kitchen is fully supplied, so guest can enjoy home-cooked meals. If they choose to explore the quaint town of Crested Butte they may utilize our free personal shuttle service into town (during peak seasons). Three of the four bedrooms, along with the laundry room, kitchen and living room are located on the main floor. Up our spiral staircase you will find our fourth bedroom which includes two bunk beds, along with our loft (with a pull-out couch) and a bathroom. The condo is equipped with WiFi, four smart TV's (including cable, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube), smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Guest have easy ski in/out access directly from our parking lot. A short 50 yard walk over to a grooved trail that they can ski directly down to the West Wall ski lift. Easy access for the entire family and all ages! The condo also provides a personal shuttle service into town from 8am-12am daily. Enjoy easy access to some of the best skiing and mountains biking in Colorado. Hot tub use is seasonal. Plenty of space for multi-families to park. We provide 2 parking passes for on-site parking and there are lots close for off-site parking for more than 2 cars. If not during peak times, we can coordinate an extra parking pass. Guest access Guests will experience a simple check-in at the HOA Front Office in the Jokerville Bldg bottom floor. The Owners will send specific details on how to get to the Front Office in the Jokerville Building closer to your stay. Send a quick notification to the host upon your arrival and you are set.. Parking is free for guest with 2 parking passes for on-site parking. Community hot tub in the winter is also available for guest use.
