NEIGHBOURHOOD ATMOSPHERE: The neighbourhood is lively and active during the day, with nearby shops, cafés, and local activity that give the area a vibrant atmosphere. As the evening sets in, the surroundings become much quieter and more peaceful, making it ideal for a comfortable night’s rest. Guests can feel safe travelling to and from the property at any time of the day or night, and the area is well-connected and convenient for both short and extended stays. 2. ACCESSIBILITY: Kindly note that the Airbnb is located on the first floor and is accessible only via stairs, as there is no lift/elevator in the building. Our caretaker is usually available and will be happy to assist you with carrying your luggage upstairs during check-in. We kindly request guests to keep this in mind while booking, especially if travelling with elderly family members or anyone who may have difficulty using stairs. 3. NO VISITORS: Just a heads-up that only registered guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time. This policy helps us maintain the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests and neighbours. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 4. POWER BACKUP : To help you plan your stay more comfortably, please note that our property does not have a power backup system. While electricity is usually stable, occasional power cuts can happen in the area, especially during extreme weather or maintenance work. We recommend guests keep this in mind while booking, particularly if uninterrupted power is important for work, medical devices, or other essential needs. TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION: Cabs, autos, and tuk-tuks are allowed inside the village and can drop guests directly at the property gate. However, some drivers may occasionally hesitate due to the narrow lanes and local traffic conditions. In such cases, you can politely insist and let them know that vehicles are permitted to reach the hotel/property entrance. Most drivers will happily drop you off directly once informed. 6. SHARED SPACES: For transparency, please note that the first floor consists of two separate rooms that come with their own attached washrooms for your comfort and privacy. The kitchen is a shared/common space available for guests to use during their stay. Guests can also enjoy the patio area, which is thoughtfully separated with a wooden partition to maintain personal space and privacy for everyone staying at the property. We aim to provide a comfortable environment where guests can relax and feel at home while still enjoying their own private space. 7. HOUSE GUIDELINES: While we want all our guests to enjoy their stay and make wonderful memories, we kindly ask that the property not be used for parties or large celebrations. Our space is designed to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests and neighbours. Decorations involving tapes, stickers, glue, or similar materials can damage the walls, furniture, and interiors, so we request that these not be used inside the property. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the space well-maintained for everyone to enjoy. 8. CONNECTIVITY INFO: Please note that mobile network coverage in the area may vary depending on your service provider. Jio, Vi (Idea), and BSNL signals can occasionally be weak inside the property, while Airtel generally has stronger and more reliable coverage. To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, we also provide high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 120 Mbps, suitable for streaming, video calls, and work needs. 9. Couples are welcome, and local ID proofs are accepted during check-in. To make your stay even more comfortable, we do not charge any cleaning fee — a small gesture from our side to thank you for choosing to stay with us.
