Central townhouse with roof terrace & parking

We completely renovated our townhouse in the middle of Neuburg in 2022 – almost 100 years old and yet thoroughly modern. With its own parking space directly at the house and a roof terrace where you can end the evening well. We particularly like the location: in the middle of the city, but still quiet because the street is not very busy. Inside, an open plan living space awaits you, with the original wooden beams that give the house its character. The space The house has 55 m² on two levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Clean lines, no frills – it was important to us that you really feel at home here, whether as a couple, a small family or on a business trip. Sleeping possibilities: There is a double bed (180 × 200 cm) downstairs and a sofa bed upstairs for up to 2 more people. Access & privacy: The two levels are connected by an internal staircase, and the layout is open plan – so sound and light pass between the upper and lower levels. If you need separate rooms, you're probably not quite right for us; we'd rather be honest about that. The location: The Old Town and the castle are just a few minutes' walk away, as are cafes and restaurants. The Danube is also quickly reached if you like to go for walks. We like that you're right in the middle of things here and still not in the hustle and bustle.
