A carefully restored, 16th Century Cotswold Estate offering an idyllic place to gather, enjoy time together and relax. Accommodating up to 22 guests, there's the stunning Manor House with a choice of three reception rooms and six bedrooms over four floors. In the courtyard there's the newly converted Agora and Stables.The Estate also comes with an entertainment barn comprising it's very own pub, gym, pool and darts as well as two hot tubs and an outdoor dining space with fire pit. The space The Cotswold Estate is situated in the heart of the village, right opposite The Green Man pub. Electric gates take you through to the main courtyard where there's parking for approximately eight cars. There's another gated entrance just the other side of the Agora and Stables for a further X cars. THE MANOR HOUSE Entry to The Manor House is via a stone porch into a spacious, modern kitchen that sits at the heart of the house. It's a large space and therefore perfect for socialising with seating around the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and has an AGA. Next to the kitchen is a utility with washer and dryer and even a separate entrance for your pet pooch with dedicated dog shower. The long hallway leads to a choice of three living rooms - the oak panelled drawing room has plenty of comfy sofas around a log burning fire. There's also an honesty bar - enjoy a selection of spirits but please replace what you use with the same or something else! Plenty of games and books, this is the perfect winter hangout. The large TV room has lots of seating and a Smart TV where you can enjoy a good film or watch your favourite sports fixture. The new aspect of the house is a beautiful, glass living/dining area with bi-fold doors over the garden. Along the hallway is a W.C. and space for your coats and wellies! FIRST FLOOR The master suite has a king size bed with lots of built in wardrobe space. There's also a bright and airy bathroom with twin sinks, shower and bath tub. The second bedroom is also king size with an Ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and is next to the family bathroom offering a bath with shower. The fourth bedroom has a full-size single cabin-style bed that would suit children very well and this also has a lovely ensuite shower room. SECOND FLOOR There are two bedrooms - both doubles. There is also a music room with drums and guitars and three desks available. THE AGORA With two double ensuite bedrooms, The Agora can accommodate four guests in this lovely single level barn. There's a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and even a cinema space. THE STABLES This has four bedrooms (one king, two doubles and a snug 'bedroom in the cupboard' for those that like a novelty!) There are two more bathrooms, a new kitchen, cosy living room with log burner, dining for six and a laundry room. There are plenty of grounds to explore in this beautiful countryside setting. The Garrison is a hugely popular addition to the estate offering plenty of entertainment space, a pub, gym, pool table, darts, a hot tub and a short walk away is another wood fired hot tub, with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
