Basement suite in a single-family home. Private bath, queen size bed, mini-fridge & microwave. No smoking. 7 min walk to VA Square Metro. Orange & silver line to DC. Close to Natl Airport, Pentagon, museums & monuments. Walk to restaurants, cafes, & shopping. The space In addition to the queen bed, we have a chair that folds into a very comfortable twin bed, plus we can provide an air mattress or a pack-n-play if you are traveling with little ones. Guest access Please make yourself at home. We are excited to share our home with you and we will strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The screened-in porch, front garden, and back yard, are nice places to read, hang, and relax. You are welcome to let your pet out in the back yard and feel free to use the grill or the lounge chairs. Sometimes on weekends we have a fire-pit and will welcome you to join us! :-) During your stay We are happy to say hello and to answer any questions or help in any way we can. Just let us know what you need! Other things to note for the summer of 2026 we are only accepting long-term guests (over 30 days - no short term guests from May through August). Long-term Guests: PLEASE READ—We ask long-term guests more questions, because you will, essentially, be our housemate (sharing some common spaces) and we want to make sure everyone will be comfortable living together for awhile.
