Close proximity to all things Urban- University of Arizona, less than a couple of blocks to vibrant 4th Ave., and a short walk to downtown Tucson. Great older neighborhood! Guest house has a very nice cottage feel. The space We are offering a lovely guest house cottage, perfect for 1 or 2 people for nightly, weekly or monthly rental. Located in the heart of the 4th Ave./Downtown/University District, a fabulous location for the urban Tucson adventure. Our guest house is completely furnished and equipped with all linens and toiletries, Roku internet streaming, Netflix, Amazon Prime are included, wireless internet, etc. Laundry room attached to the guest house. We also include locally roasted coffee, grinder, press pot, teas, and plenty of spices for cooking. The oven plus stove top are both fully functioning. There is a nice front porch for dining, hanging out, plus enjoy the early morning birdsong... Come enjoy one of the most pedestrian/bike friendly neighborhoods in Tucson. Guest access There is 24/7 permit parking for our guest. Full use of outside laundry room, which is attached to guest house. Other things to note I have 1 dog, Dottie, who will want to meet you, but won't be in your space.
