It’s a great stop on the way to the Great Ocean Road & close to many popular beaches & coastal towns. Driving times to the following locations and tourist destinations: -Approx 5 minutes to Red Rock -15 minutes to Colac -25 minutes to Camperdown -Approx 1hour to Port Campbell, Warrnambool, Lorne, Geelong, Torquay and Ballarat. -1 hour to 12 Apostles - The Otways (35 minutes) - Otway Fly Treetop Adventure (1hr) - The Redwood Otways (1hr) Our property is a working farm; it has cattle, ducks and chooks.
