The villa is in a very quiet subdivision, outside the tourist area, so you will have to be careful about the noise generated, especially in the pool and in the evening on the terrace. The space parking for 2 cars on the driveway of the garage, closed by a gate. And free parking spaces in front of the house. Guest access you have access to the whole place. Other things to note bed linen is provided, as well as some basic products (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid). Towels are not provided. For organizational reasons, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. No cleaning fee, the villa must be returned as clean as when you arrived.
