Pleasant quiet villa, close to the sea and mountains

Charming villa, with a large living room and equipped kitchen overlooking a pleasant shaded terrace with pool views. Garden without neighbors. Plancha, barbecue, wifi, nearby shops: bakery, delicatessen, tobacco... Close to Perpignan, St Cyprien, Collioure, and Spain. Ideal for relaxation!! The villa is in a very quiet subdivision, outside the tourist area, so please be reasonable about the noise generated in the pool and in the evening on the terrace. The space parking for 2 cars on the driveway of the garage, closed by a gate. And free parking spaces in front of the house. Guest access you have access to the whole place. Other things to note bed linen is provided, as well as some basic products (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid). Towels are not provided. For organizational reasons, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. No cleaning fee, the villa must be returned as clean as when you arrived.
