Guest access Guests are welcome to use the large communal veranda at any time. Please be mindful of other guests and respect quiet hours — no parties, loud music, or noise after 11:00 PM. You can also relax in the shared sitting/dining room, where guests may watch TV or read a book in a comfortable communal space. Breakfast, lunch, and evening meals can be arranged upon request (availability may vary). Other things to note This is a hotel that is very popular in Chiatura and we accept reservations through multiple booking channels, not only Airbnb. We also host long-term and regular guests. For this reason, we kindly ask all guests to respect others, keep noise to a minimum, and take good care of their room and all communal areas during their stay. If you need anything at all, please just ask — we are always happy to help and will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the exact room shown in the photos is not guaranteed, as room allocation depends on availability at the time of arrival. However, the room you receive will always include the number of beds stated in your booking. You are welcome to contact us before arrival to reconfirm room details. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, TV, fridge, and heating for a comfortable stay. When booking for 4 guests, one room will be provided by default. If you prefer two separate rooms, please send us a request in advance and we will do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability. Self-catering / cooking is not allowed on the property. You are welcome to eat ready-made food in your room or in the communal dining area, but guests cannot use cooking facilities to cook. A washing machine can be provided upon request for a fee of 15 GEL per load, payable in cash at the property. Meals are available upon request. For groups or longer stays, we can offer a set option of 3 meals per day — please ask on arrival or message us in advance. Items such as an iron, hairdryer, and similar essentials are available upon request.
