Welcome to our newly furnished 2-room apartment with spacious terrace and a beautiful view of the garden, in the idyllic Nieder Mörlen. Within walking distance is the beautiful spa park, which invites you to take a walk every day, or you have the opportunity to take a nice walk in the agricultural surroundings about 5 minutes from the house. The space The charming apartment is on the 2nd floor. When you enter, you can leave your coat in the hallway – just like at home. The bright living room with access to the large terrace offers a magnificent view of the greenery. When the weather is nice, it invites you to relax, have breakfast or enjoy a cozy end to the evening. A large, comfortable sofa invites you to put your feet up – ideal for enjoying your favorite shows on the TV. Cooking & working The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking, baking and enjoying together. It is equipped with a modern stove and oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to four people – perfect for social evenings or as a quiet workplace. Thanks to the Wi-Fi and numerous sockets, the room is also ideal for home office or online meetings. Sleep and well-being In the cozy bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.60 m) and various pillows ensure a good night's sleep. Depending on the season, we will put out matching duvets for you. The spacious wardrobe has plenty of space for your wardrobe. For additional guests, there is a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room – ideal for families or friends. Bathroom The classically furnished bathroom offers a spacious shower, ample storage space, a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror (10x) and three towels per person. Special features & extras Our apartment has been furnished with a lot of love for detail – every piece of furniture, every decorative piece and every detail has been carefully selected to make you feel at home right from the start. As a small gift, a guest greeting awaits you upon arrival. We are also happy to offer you a breakfast basket on request. You can book and select this flexibly on site. Additional notes The apartment is a non-smoking apartment – smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the terrace and in the hallway. Upon arrival, the visitor's tax of the city of Bad Nauheim will be charged in cash (currently €3.90 per person per day).
