Walk or drive over to the Sanctuary Display Suite or Marina Square Shopping Centre. Please respect our quiet neighbourhood. Any disturbances may result in immediate evacuation and incur a $1000 fine. Security camera is present only in the courtyard for both security and noise monitoring. Baby/bridal showers, family dinners or events similar is ok, if just ask for permission. Guest access Access private car spot in undercover garage, option to enter and exit through private courtyard gate, ramp access through front glass doors to our ground floor apartment. Other things to note There may be some construction occurring down the street so special ground locks have been installed into glass doors incase there's a need to block out any sound but still allow plenty of airflow in.
