The lovingly furnished holiday flat, renovated in July 2023, is located approx. 6 km from the entrance to Göttingen, on the edge of the Harz Mountains. The flat offers space for a maximum of 5 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & WC, two bedrooms and a small balcony. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a sofa bed for an additional person. Our guests have their "own" terrace, directly by the pond, with barbecue facilities. The space Living room: The 20 m² living room is modernly furnished and has direct access to a small balcony with a view. A TV (40-inch/Full-HD) and a streaming hi-fi system are part of the inventory and provide variety when needed.hh A DVD player, free satellite WiFi (STARLINK with a bandwidth of up to 300 Mbit/s) and an Amazon Firestick complete the multimedia offering. The sofa can be converted into a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) for an additional person in just a few simple steps. The light-coloured wooden floorboards give the living room a particularly cosy ambience. Bedroom 1: Equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wooden floorboards and modern home accessories, you can relax in the 15 square metre bedroom. By prior arrangement, we are happy to place a children's travel cot in the bedroom. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), wooden floorboards and modern home accessories, you can relax in the 10 square metre bedroom.
