The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. After consultation with the houseowner a lounge with a fireplace can also be provided. The fireplace is operated only by the houseowners. At the cottage, seating on the terrace and in the garden, grill under the roof, parasol, swing, parking lot in summer right next to the building, no access in winter! Parking on the main street or in the center of Velká Úpa. This property is particularly popular for many tourist opportunities: skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, trips to the surrounding area (castles, palaces). It is located in the middle of the ski area: Černá Hora-Pec Summer: Nearby: children's playgrounds + play areas Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 800 m). Access to the building is only possible in summer! In summer, four cars can be parked at the house. In winter, access is not possible! Parking for 2 cars: garage + parking space in front of the garage. (approx. 250 m uphill, direct route to the cottage / or parking in a guarded public parking lot (800 m)) - for a fee according to the tariff. Scooter or taxi-scooter. 1x luggage collection is included in the price. In winter, snow chains are mandatory in Poland - Karpatz-Malé Úpa/ Okraj / - Velká Úpa and back.
