The space Le Nid du Lac is a recent 80 m² chalet, located in Montigny-sur-l'Ain, close to Lac de Chalain and the greenway accessible directly from the chalet. Located in a natural and peaceful setting, the chalet offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting. Entirely built of wood, it has the natural charm of this type of habitat, with some slight noises of wood or hardwood that can be perceptible depending on temperature variations. As with any accommodation surrounded by nature, it is also possible to occasionally meet the small local wildlife, which is part of the charm of the place. Guest access - The house is situated in a quiet residential area. In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and events are not permitted. - The accommodation is completely non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed outside, as long as you take care to respect the premises. - No pets allowed. - Self check-in using a secure key box. Check-in time (from 5 PM) and check-out time (before 10 AM) - Bed linen, bathroom linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in your reservation. - A baby cot is available free of charge. - A high chair can be provided for an additional fee, only by prior reservation to guarantee its availability. - The garden is not fenced; the supervision of young children remains the responsibility of their caregivers. - In order to preserve the electrical installations, charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles from the household outlets in the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
