The space Minka House Deluxe offers a peaceful and comfortable stay with its modern village-style stone house nestled in nature. The house has two floors, each thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our guests. On the upper floor, each room features a private shower, sink, and toilet, providing complete privacy and comfort. Every room is also equipped with a TV and a mini refrigerator for your convenience. Between the two rooms lies a shared kitchen area equipped with all essential appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, and toaster — ensuring a relaxed and independent stay. The lower floor is designed as a warm and inviting 1+1 suite. The bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed, while the kitchen offers all the essentials for your daily needs (refrigerator, stove, washing machine, etc.). The bathroom features a private hammam-style design combined with a sink (note: there is no shower area). In the living room, a spacious L-shaped sofa provides a cozy space to unwind — and can be converted into an additional bed if needed. An electric fireplace adds a gentle warmth and creates a serene, comforting atmosphere within the space. Guest access Guests are welcome to freely use all kitchen utensils, appliances, and supplies available throughout the house according to their needs. The garden area, featuring a cozy seating space and a barbecue setup, is open for shared use by all guests staying at the property. Additionally, household items such as shovels, brooms, and other cleaning tools are located in the common area and can be used jointly by guests. This way, at Minka House Deluxe, you can enjoy the comfort of your own private space while also spending pleasant moments with your loved ones in the shared areas. Other things to note At Minka House Deluxe, we have a few simple rules to ensure a pleasant, peaceful, and safe stay for all our guests: Pets are not allowed. The garden and common areas are shared among all guests. There are markets and restaurants located about 700 meters from the property.
