Casa Merlot: a modern, and safe space in Tequis

Welcome! Our house in Tequis is a modern and new (2025), safe and friendly for a small family or group of buddies. Casa Merlot is located in La Magdalena, only 8 min driving away from el Centro, which makes it an ideal place: is close enough to explore the offerings of this Pueblo Mágico, while being away of the crowds the Centro attracts. We are certain that you all will have a nice stay with us! The space Casa Merlot is a 2-story modern house with a backyard and a garage at the front for your car or small SUV. Access to the property is autonomous, so you'd be able to check in and check out without the need to meet with someone else. In the upper floor we have two rooms: the first with a terrace with an olive tree to enjoy the afternoon sun, and the second with a more private space equipped with a comfy and large sofa bed to have a good rest. These rooms share a bathroom with all the amenities needed. If you're staying with a party of 4 to 6 people, we WILL ENABLE a third room with its private bathroom to host all of you. Guest access All spaces and opened rooms are available for you to use during your stay, including the backyard. We kindly ask you to take care of them as if they were your own, so future guests and ourselves are able to use them in the right way. Other things to note Casa Merlot will be all yours during your stay, please feel like home. If you are traveling in more than one car or prefer to leave yours on the street, feel free to do so: the street is safe, low-transited and well lit.
