The space The apartment has been carefully furnished to offer you every comfort: Living area: spacious lounge with a comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV, and ultra-fast fiber internet. Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all the essentials for cooking. Bedroom: double bed with memory foam pillows for maximum comfort. Private parking: two reserved parking spaces (garage no. 1) plus an additional spot in front of the garage. Access to the apartment is managed via a Smart Lock app, easy to download on your smartphone. Alternatively, you can use a personal access code provided before your arrival. A modern, practical, and welcoming space — perfect for feeling at home, even while traveling. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note As required by the municipal regulations, guests are required to pay a city tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. The tax applies to tourist stays and must be paid online through Airbnb before arrival. Children under 16 and the categories specified by the Municipality of Treviso are exempt.
