The property has three units in total: • One unit is occupied by the host. • The other two units are available for booking on Airbnb. Each guest enjoys complete privacy, a peaceful environment, and the feeling of having their own private villa. There’s absolutely no disturbance from the host or the neighborhood. 📍 Location: We’re located in Korgao, North Goa, about 5 km from Arambol Beach and 30–40 minutes from Mopa Airport. Come, relax, and experience the calm and comfort of Goa — your home away from home. 🌴 Guest access Guest Access & Common Areas • Guests are welcome to use the veranda and their private balcony at any time. • The swimming pool is accessible 24/7, with no time restrictions. Guests are requested to use the pool responsibly. Other things to note Check-in Policy Check-in time is strictly as per the timing mentioned in your booking confirmation. We kindly request guests to plan their arrival accordingly. Early arrivals without prior approval are not permitted. Guests are requested not to arrive early and wait outside the property or at the gate and call us , as this causes operational disruption and will not be accommodated. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and attempts to check in early or places pressure on staff for early access, an early check-in fee of ₹2000/- will be applicable. For any early check-in requests, please coordinate in advance through Airbnb messaging. Approval is subject to availability. House Rules – Please Read Carefully • Guests are required to separate wet waste and dry waste at all times. Kindly do not mix them. Toilet Usage Guidelines To ensure proper plumbing function and avoid blockages, guests are kindly requested not to flush napkins, tissues, sanitary products, or any non-flushable items in the toilet. A waste bin has been provided for your convenience—please dispose of such items responsibly. Any blockage or plumbing damage caused due to misuse may result in additional maintenance charges. • This is a self-service, budget Airbnb, and dishwashing or cleaning of personal utensils by the host is not included in the stay. • Leaving used or dirty dishes for the host to clean is not permitted. Your cooperation helps us maintain cleanliness and a pleasant environment for everyone. • Guests must switch off all lights, fans, and the AC whenever they leave the room. • At the time of checkout, please ensure the refrigerator is also switched off. Check-in , checkout Stay & Policy To ensure smooth operations and maintain the quality of our property, we request your cooperation with the following: • Early Check-in: Strictly subject to availability and will be charged at ₹1,500. Requests must be confirmed in advance. Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM. We kindly request all guests to adhere to this timing without exception. • Late Check-out - Permitted only upon prior approval and charged at ₹1,500. Late check-out until 12:00 PM is not permitted, as it directly impacts our ability to prepare the room for incoming guests. Our check-in time begins at 1:00 PM, and timely departures are essential to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for the next arrival. Any delay beyond the stipulated check-out time , may attract additional charges of Rs. 1500/- • Damages & Losses: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly. • Air Conditioning Usage: Air conditioners must be switched off when stepping out of the room. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. -Smoking Policy To maintain a fresh, clean, and refined indoor environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Guests are welcome to smoke only in designated outdoor spaces such as the veranda or balcony. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning charges and penalties. -Pool Usage Guidelines Our pool is accessible to guests at all times for your comfort and enjoyment. To maintain the standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all: • Guests are kindly requested not to wash their feet or remove beach sand directly in the pool. • After returning from the beach, please rinse off thoroughly in the bathroom or designated wash area before entering the pool. Failure to follow these hygiene guidelines may result in additional cleaning charges.
