Rural gîte located in a quiet cul-de-sac to spend relaxing moments. In the heart of the Berry region, located in Vallenay, a small quiet village. A few kilometres away, you will find local shops and restaurants. Hiking trail. The gite consists of: 1 open equipped kitchen 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 double bed 1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 people in 140x190 A terrace with table and umbrella. 2 parking spaces located in front of the gite. Pets not allowed!!! The space New 160x200 bedding. In this hot weather, a flat sheet and blanket; otherwise, a duvet in normal weather. Bedside table with integrated USB port and a socket. 2 fans available to guests. Guest access 2 private parking spaces opposite the gîte, very secure, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is all on one level, except for the 4 steps to go down to the terrace. Other things to note The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels are provided (1 large, 1 small and 1 wash mitt) per person. A coffee filter and coffee for 1 coffee maker are provided. A dishwasher tablet and 1 pod for the washing machine. Childcare equipment available on request (cot, high chair, playpen, bath) Free Wi-Fi in the cottage and Orange TV decoder. I am very flexible about arrival and departure times within reasonable limits 😁
