WE ARE NOT A HOTEL NO PARTIES ALLOWED VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, only with prior authorization and they are not allowed to spend the night in the accommodation. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION. If the above is detected, a $300 fine will be charged for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment. The condominium regulations indicate the hours of silence, from 10 pm to 9:55 AM you must take care of the noise that is generated, otherwise you are entitled to a fine of $600.00 per event, which must be covered if it occurs. If you do not leave the keys or lose the keys to the accommodation, a cost of $600 must be covered, so it is requested that when you leave the accommodation, you put them back in the safe. Please help us by taking care of things as if it were your home. For stays longer than 15 days, an additional change of bed linens, bath towels and hand towels is provided. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, air fryer, blender and electric oven, as well as cooking utensils such as pans, pots and dishes. If you have children, there are also plastic plates and cups. For long stays of more than 15 days, water, electricity, maintenance, and internet services are included as long as the electricity bill does not exceed $200 bimonthly and the water bill does not exceed $400 per month, respectively. For long stays, the gas tank is filled prior to the guest's arrival. If the entire gas tank is consumed during the stay, the cost of the following refills is at the guest's expense. It should be noted that the gas tank is 120 liters. The apartment has a garage for one vehicle. Check-in time is flexible after 3:00 PM. It has a self check-in using the lockbox. To enter the condominium, you must send the requested information to generate the QR code that will allow you to enter and exit the accommodation during the stay. Check-out time is at 11:00 am, in order to be able to clean the accommodation and leave it in suitable conditions for the next guest. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, there is an extra cost, which will depend on the time requested. This must be agreed upon before the start of the stay and will be possible as long as there is no prior reservation for that day and is paid immediately in order to coordinate your early check-in or late check-out. For check-ins before 11:55 am, it will be $350. Check-in after 12:00 PM $200.00 Check-outs from 11:01 to 2:00 pm will be $450 Check-outs from 2:01 pm to 6:00 pm will be $500.00 Both early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested before booking to be able to give you the time you need, as long as there are no reservations prior to your request. Payment for early check-in or check-out must be made within two hours of booking, otherwise the request will be void. There are no refunds or refunds for the request to enter or leave after the normal hours of the stays.
