Relax in this little farmhouse in front of a waterfall stream. The space The property - in San Mateo de Alajuela - is an hour and a half from the international airport, en route to tourist destinations in the Central Pacific and the province of Guanacaste. The house is located on an estate, 200 m from the main street. Access is easy year-round for a simple traction car. There is plenty of parking space. Next to the house there are two houses with long-term tenants. The cottage has a rustic appearance, with a living-dining room open to the outside overlooking the stream and a small waterfall. The rooms are small but cozy. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Guest access The house allows access to large gardens, a swimming pool and a barbecue hut (shared with a few tenants of two nearby rental houses). The ranch has internet access and is suitable for work or small celebrations (but only from 9 am to 6 pm). To access the ranch, a reservation must be made. There is also close access to the stream and the agricultural area, planted with mango, avocado and sour lemon.
