Learn more below ☀️ The space You arrive on a quiet road in Gordemo and park your car in the public parking area 🚗. As you step out, you may already hear birdsong, feel the breeze and catch a glimpse of Lake Maggiore in the distance 🌬️🌊. To reach the house, you can choose between two access paths. One is a slightly longer hillside trail of about one hundred metres with some steps and a gentler incline 🌿. The other is a shorter option with approximately one hundred and seventy steps, a quicker way that feels more uphill 🥾. Either route gives you a short walk through nature that gradually shifts you into a slower rhythm. At the top, a large rustic wooden gate covered in green edera marks the entrance to the shared property 🚪🌱. There are two houses within this area. One is used privately and the other is your studio retreat 🏡. A few more steps lead you to the studio. Inside, rustic wooden beams and a cozy layout create an inviting atmosphere ✨. On the left, there is a dining area and a smart television 📺. The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed meals at home 🍳. Straight ahead, a large window frames a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and a small balcony lets you step outside to enjoy it with fresh air and a peaceful horizon 🌅. To the right, a king size bed offers a comfortable space to rest after exploring the area 🛏️. The bathroom includes a shower 🚿 and there is a wardrobe near the entrance for your belongings. Outside, more than two thousand square metres of natural forest are available for you to enjoy 🌲. It is an ideal space for peaceful walks, stretching, yoga or quiet time in the hammock 🧘‍♂️. Nearby, the pool area offers lounge chairs and a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore for moments of rest under the sun 🌞. This place is ideal for guests who enjoy nature, hiking, swimming in the Verzasca River and ending the day feeling relaxed, recharged and more connected to their surroundings 💚. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the studio house during their stay, including the balcony and all private indoor spaces. Outside, you are welcome to use the garden areas and the pool area, which features sun loungers and a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore 🌊☀️. The pool is shared with the owners and is available seasonally. A barbecue area is located next to the pool and can be used freely by guests. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for you 🍽️🔥 More than two thousand square metres of forest surrounding the property are available to explore at your leisure. A hammock and yoga mats are provided for stretching, quiet moments and yoga in nature 🌿🧘‍♂️. Other things to note From the parking area, you can reach the house by taking a hillside path of about one hundred metres with some steps, or a shorter route with around one hundred and seventy steps that goes more uphill. Both are outdoors, so we suggest using a backpack instead of a trolley for easier access 🎒 The pool is available seasonally, usually from May to October depending on the weather 🌞 This is a quiet place surrounded by nature.
