In the heart of the Pyrenees, the "L'Alouette" cottage is a spacious and comfortable house with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located at the crossroads of Luchon, Val d 'Aran in Spain, the Barousse Valley, Saint Bertrand de Comminges... If you love nature and wildlife, you will enjoy yourself because you can easily observe deer, kites, vultures... Ski resorts nearby, bike path along the Garonne, fishing, hiking... Train station within a 5-minute walk. The space The cottage is classified 3 stars. It has WIFI. You can find the password on the welcome booklet or you can scan the QR code on the box. The house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are: .A large living room with 2 sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a pellet stove. We provide the pellets for your stay. . A library space with many books and comics, for adults and children, board games, flyers, guides, information cards for tours, hikes in the area. . a large kitchen equipped for 7 people with: - a fridge-freezer - dishwasher -an oven - a microwave -a filter coffee maker -a kettle - toaster - Coffee filters, salt/pepper/oil, sponges, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products, dish towels ... . a small laundry room with a washing machine, washing machine, clothespins, dryer, cleaning equipment... . a large bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a duvet ( 240/260), 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps and storage space. Ability to provide linens upon request. Bathroom with sink, shower and electric towel dryer and toilet. Upstairs, we find: - A bedroom with a 140/190 bed (duvet 220/240) , 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, storage spaces. Ability to provide linens upon request. This room is attached to a sink/wc area. - A bedroom with a 140/200 bed (220/240 duvet); and a 90/190 bed (140/200 duvet) and a storage space. Ability to provide linens upon request. -A bathroom with sink, Italian shower, electric towel dryer. - A toilet The staircase has a safety fence upstairs. The openings are equipped with double glazing and electric shutters. Outside, we find: -A courtyard fully enclosed thanks to an electric gate. - A terrace covered by a pergola with a garden table, 8 chairs, and 2 deckchairs -A barbecues. - A lawn area. Guest access -Reservation for 2 people: The entire ground floor is available to guests either: -the kitchen and laundry room -the living room -The bedroom with 160/200 bed -the bathroom and the toilet - Booking for 2 guests with 2 bedrooms: in this case, we ask that you make a booking for 3 guests, as we will have to make the entire house available to you. -Booking more than 2 people: the ground floor and floor are available. Other things to note A crib and high chair are available for your use. Upon request, we provide - fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers for 10 euros per bed for the stay. - Bathroom linen: one large towel + one washcloth for 3 euros. The accommodation must be left as clean as you found it when you arrived. So you need to clean up before you leave. We offer, for those who wish, a cleaning service for 70 euros to be requested before your arrival. During school holidays, we only accept reservations for 4 nights or more. During long weekends, we only accept reservations from 3 nights. We're counting on your understanding.
