Enjoy the outdoors while relaxing on the screened in porch attached to the great room. First floor Master Bedroom has a semi-private full bath. Downstairs has a large second bedroom and full bath. There is also an office area which has a large double bed and a common area with TV and 2 extra twin beds. Our condo is on a wooded lot, with 4 other attached units, and located between the 17th and 18th hole of Abby Springs Golf Course (which means the the 19th hole is conveniently close). The Abby Springs recreational center and Yacht Club marina and restaurants are also within walking distance. The “rec” center has indoor/ outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, racket ball, and incredible game room. Year round tennis courts, beach volleyball, botchy ball and everyone’s favorite PICKLE BALL courts! Come for the golf ... stay for the pickle ball is our family motto here at FUN-tana Abby Springs ALL GUEST MUST HAVE PASSES that are associated with our condo. The cost of guests passes are included in the rental fee. Abbey Springs charges our account between $24 -$60 per day based on time of year and number of guests. The guest pass will allow you to have free parking and access to Abby Springs Clubhouse and Yacht Club. Food and Golf are Not include. Your hostess of the mostest is Joan and I’m her cohost/daughter Rebekah. You can contact me by text for all your vacation needs; however, I live on Kauai and Joan lives in Chicagoland area.
