Located near the Loire, 2 minutes from Châteauneuf sur Loire, 15 minutes from Sully sur Loire, its bike paths and its castle, whether you want to walk or cycle, for work or pleasure, our cottage is perfect for all your stays, whether short or long. Quietly in a part of our farmhouse that we have completely renovated and furnished with our creations, you can relax or work in peace! The space Access to the accommodation is completely unrestricted, with secure parking to be shared with our company's customers. The cottage is located at the back of a wing of one of our buildings. Outside: You have a bicycle shed, a bar area with low lounge furniture, sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, etc. Nearly 70 m², ideal for 4 guests with its 2 bedrooms, but the house can accommodate 6 people with its sofa bed. The interior: -> Large bright living room with equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer section, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, raclette set, dish towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.), TV, board games for adults and children, 1 sofa convertible into a double bed and 1 single convertible bench (sleeps 2-3 people) -> Vintage-style bathroom with large sink, washing machine, toilet, spacious walk-in shower Beautiful staircase custom-made by us to access the upstairs -> Office space for children or teleworking -> 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed, storage, wardrobe (can be divided into 2 80 x 200 cm beds if needed) -> 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 or pushed together to make 1 king-size bed 180 x 200, storage, wardrobe -> 1 travel cot Bed sheets, bath towels, and tea towels are included in your reservation, as well as cleaning, so you can enjoy every moment! FYI: - Please let us know if you have any other needs that we have not provided in the gite (outdoor games or anything else) Guest access Only the parking area is shared. It remains completely free at all times. The accommodation and its outdoor area are just for guests. All of our buildings as well as the parking lot are under surveillance.
