The Treehouse – Wooden Studio Apartment

Welcome to Casa sull’Albero, an eco-friendly open-space apartment near the historic center of Osimo, along the Italy Coast to Coast trail. Your stay includes a homemade breakfast, including gluten-free and/or lactose-free options (upon request). Ideal for those seeking tranquility, peace, and quiet. This B&B is bike-friendly: for those traveling by e-bike, we have a charging station on the veranda, where you can store your bikes. It includes a desk and workspace, as well as a large extendable table for dining. The space is bright, cozy, and quiet. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor and has no elevator. The indoor spaces are entirely at your disposal, while the laundry area is shared. We’re happy to offer pick-up from Ancona or Jesi train stations, or provide detailed directions if you prefer to come by public transport. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Osimo, and upon your arrival you’ll find tourist guides and local information. The Conero Riviera is about a 20-minute drive away, while the Frasassi Caves can be reached in around 45 minutes. Its location is ideal for exploring the beauty of the Marche region — between the sea and the mountains. Other things to note We live on the floor below and are always available for anything you might need. We can arrange to have some basic groceries ready for your arrival (shampoo, conditioner, food, etc.) and are happy to provide directions or advice for any request. Breakfast is available upon reservation, and we can adapt it to any type of intolerance or allergy. We also have children’s games, board games, and books that we can provide upon request.
