The epitome of Österlen

Nice summer house with a completely fantastic location and unbeatable views of apple orchards, the entire Hanö Bay and Haväng. The house is private yet central. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Kivik and 15 minutes to the sea. The space The house is located on a large natural plot that contains apple trees, blueberries and raspberries in abundance. There are plenty of places to socialize. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Behind the house, there is a beautiful beech forest with nice walking paths. The house has six beds divided into a double bed and two single beds. In the guest house there is a double bed. Here too, there are wonderful views. The house has a modern kitchen and two fireplaces. There is also a newly-renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Surroundings In the Kivik area of Österlen, there is a lot to do. If you want to swim, there are some of Sweden's most famous and beautiful beaches, such as Haväng, Vitemölla beach, Stenshuvud and Knäbäckshusen. The old steam locomotive is not far away and is a nice ride between Brösarp and St Olof. The train whistle can be heard from a distance from the house. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area. Kivik's cider house is one of the more popular excursion destinations. For golfers, there are many courses to choose from.
