A cozy, modern and centrally located 53 m² apartment in the heart of Kümmersbruck is offered. The fully floor-heated apartment consists of a living-dining area with a well-equipped fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, one bedroom with up to three beds (double bed and single bed) and the possibility to provide a travel bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer. A terrace is inviting for relaxing. The space The entire apartment has floor heating. There are electric roller blinds on all windows, so that complete darkening is possible. For families with small children, a Tripp Trapp high chair with baby set is available. A travel crib with mattress can be provided upon request, of course at no additional cost.
