There is a sitting room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a small workspace with desk and chair, dining area and well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a small courtyard, at the back of the house with pot plants, a bistro table and four chairs. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor; a master bedroom with a king sized bed, and a single bedroom, along with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath. There is a twin bedroom and a second sitting room on the second floor. The sitting room has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and an armchair. There is a further small single bedroom and separate bathroom on the third floor, both with sloping ceilings. All the beds are adult sized. Families with children are welcome. The house is equipped with two travel cots, a high chair and a plastic baby bath. One of the travel cots is suitable for a child up to 3 years old. Please inform us when booking if you require these so that we can set them up for you prior to your arrival. The house can accommodate 6 family members. Change-over day during school holidays is Saturday. Guest access Your family group will have exclusive access to the entire property which is set over four floors and includes a small private patio at the back of the house.
