Lift access: the lift serves the 3rd floor; there’s a short flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Parking: parking in Arras is paid during the day; the nearest public car park is about an 8‑minute walk away (you can unload your luggage briefly in front of the building). House rules: non‑smoking apartment (smoking allowed outside only), no pets, no parties. Hot water: the heater provides two consecutive showers; please allow time between showers if needed. Check‑in/out: check‑in from 3 PM, check‑out before 11 AM.
