The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with cooking accessories and there is able seating for diners around the breakfast bar or at the inside and outside tables. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the pond, lake, golf course and wildflowers from from all directions. This home is perfect for all kinds of get-aways. Parking: There’s room in the driveway to park 4+ vehicles, and a boat! Sorry the garage is not available. Lake Almanor West Community: The Lake Almanor West Community has so much to offer. Walk down to the lake via the boat launch area or through the community recreation center. The rec area has a large playground for the kids, bocce ball courts, a volleyball & basketball court, picnic tables and bbq's, beach area with roped off swimming area, places to kayak and paddle board, large grass area for yard games and more! Need a boat? Rent one from Major's Outpost at PlumasPinesResort. You can even get one with a blowup slide. There is also a bike trail by the boat launch that takes you to Plumas Pines Restaurant.
