Garden Flat in Hitchin

This unique place has a style all of its own, lovely views into the garden, outside seating area, multi sport games table and walking distance to Hitchin station. Private, comfortable and cosy, the garden room comprises of a bathroom with shower, large living area with kitchen (hot water, microwave, toaster, hot plate and fridge), luxury double bed, sofa and a single wardrobe. There is a smart TV, free WiFi, heating, towels and linen included, as well as tea, coffee, milk and breakfast goods. The space The space The Garden Room’s internal space is split into two rooms. A bathroom room and large open plan kitchen / living area with a luxury double bed, sofa, smart TV, desk and wardrobe. Outside the garden room, there is a decking area with seating and view into the private garden. Guest access Guests access the property via a private side entrance (key code). There is a lock box containing keys for the patio doors to the garden room. There is a car parking space at the front of our house that is allocated to the garden room, and guests are welcome to park there or on the street as it is free parking. Other things to note Check in is 3pm and check out it 11am, but we are happy to be as flexible as we can on request if you need different timing and we will accomodate if we can. While the property is designed for 2 guests, it may be possible to accommodate additional guests, such as younger children with their family on request.
