The traditional log cabin features carefully curated interiors blending Southwest nostalgia with Spanish influences and all with an emphasis on gathering and cooking around fire, embracing the outdoors and experiencing farm life. Guests are welcome to bring their horse for an unforgettable experience riding through the nearby scenic trails, or just simply immerse yourself in the country and enjoy the cosy cabin with its huge rustic stone fireplace, farm animals grazing at your doorstep, walks in nature, or explore all of the amazing local cafes, wineries and Gumbuya World located just minutes down the road. Only 50 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and 5 mins off Princes Hwy, Harvest is the perfect place to get your rancho relaxo on! Privacy, comfort and stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the log cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Boasting three large bedrooms fitted with luxurious linen featuring two queen beds, one double bed and two single stretchers. A fully equipped modern kitchen perfect for cooking, large family room and dining space overlooking the rustic charm of the stone fireplace. The spacious interiors at Harvest are furnished with vintage pieces, curated artwork and handcrafted timber, all of which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outdoors guests can enjoy socialising around the fire pit and undercover bbq area, or relax on the front porch and take in the magic views. Experience animal interactions with our resident donkeys, mini ponies, goats and bottle feed a jersey poddy calf. Harvest provides complimentary breakfast upon arrival consisting of farm fresh eggs & bacon, of which you can cook to your liking, freshly squeezed orange juice, granola, tea & brewed coffee. HOLIDAY WITH YOUR HORSE: Bring your equine friend for an amazing experience riding through the local trails of Weatherhead Reserve located next to Harvest, the Maryknoll trails and the famous Heritage Horse trail of Bunyip state forest. We provide paddocks, or stables. Please add the number of horses you will be bringing to Harvest under ‘pets’ in the booking section. Guest access Entire log cabin, carport, garden, grassed area, decking & porch areas. Holiday with your horse: stables, day yards, hay shed, designated horse paddocks. Other things to note Harvest is a working farm, please be mindful of this and refrain from entering fenced paddocks unless supervised. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you for your stay at Harvest.
