The house offers spacious spaces, a kitchen equipped with a polished concrete island, a living room and dining room with direct views of the private swimming pool. Great for break getaways, family gatherings or weekends. The space - Maximum room of guests is 6. Any extra person should be notified to the host. - Maximum 2 pets per stay. Must add pets to their reservation. - Pool WITH HEATER - We are in a country area, there is a lot of silence around and little civilization, but that doesn't make it unsafe. - The entire house is private and is located within a fractionation. Guest access I will send you the directions for your access 2-3 days before your arrival. Other things to note In the house you will find a manual with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals and entertainment.
