Dalsland: "a Sweden in miniature". Welcome to our amazing landscape without traffic lights (except possibly something temporary). There are many beautiful lakes, mountains and forests for wonderful nature experiences. Feel free to swim at the cabin, otherwise there are municipal swimming areas, or natural beaches. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our accommodation is located at Långbrohöljen, part of the lake system for Dalsland Canal. A quiet, demarcated part of the lake system, perfect for e.g. SUP. The space Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. Pets are allowed Small (16 sqm), simple cottage with a lakeside plot, for 3-4 people. Living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. Sleeping loft, bathroom, porch facing the sunset to the west. The kitchen area has a sink, a stove with an oven, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. In addition to glasses, crockery and cutlery, there are various cooking utensils, a coffee maker and a toaster. The sofa bed is easily pulled out to create a double bed 2x80 cm. The 120 cm bed in the sleeping loft is accessed via a permanently mounted ladder. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower Covered patio with sofa and table, outdoor furniture in summer Municipal water & sewer Barbecue area and wooden deck with swimming ladder by the lake. Access to a small rowboat and canoe during the summer season. Part of the property is fenced with a low fence (not along the lake). There, the dog can be off the leash, if you trust that it will not jump over the fence or run off by the lake. Any dog droppings are removed Guest access Guests have free access to the property, except for the adjacent storage buildings. In summer, there is access to a small rowboat and a canoe. Other things to note Upon arrival, faults or deficiencies should be noted, such as broken equipment or lack of cleaning, presumably caused by previous guests. Notify the host. Smoking indoors is not permitted Only the booked number of guests is allowed. No events. Upon check-out, the accommodation must be restored to the same condition as upon arrival (or better...) Cleaning according to schedule. The door should be locked and the key locked in the key cabinet.
