Home in Richmond

We are currently looking for longer-term 1-12month guests. We live in a quiet, bright, and cozy home minutes from the city, from shopping, and from the airport. The available room sleeps one. Guests have use of a separate, semi-private bathroom and full access to the kitchen amenities, including a gas range and an outdoor grill. Our large yard has a fire pit and hammocks, as well as a deck. Guests are welcome to hang out and watch TV in our living room and spend time with us or our pets. The space The bedroom has a twin-sized bed, a desk, a bookshelf, a nightstand, a mini fridge, and a closet to store your things. There are extra blankets in the ottoman, and a fan can be provided if you need one. We also have a heated blanket available in the colder months. Guest access We are 10 minutes from the city, 10 minutes to the airport, and 10 minutes to a shopping center. This is country living, right outside the city! As a guest you will have access to our kitchen, living room, dining room, a semi-private bathroom, and our outdoor space. During your stay Guests are welcome to spend time in the common areas- our couch is large and we have plenty of seating at our dining room table! We also understand quieter guests who prefer to spend time in their room or out taking care of business. Other things to note We have very loving and affectionate cats, and a dog who will shower you with love.
