21 Aldgate - Two into One Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish old cottage. Two reception rooms, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with downstairs toilet. Upstairs two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The village boasts a vibrant, dog friendly and CAMRA award winning pub. Great local restaurants and more public houses in the historical market towns of Stamford and Oakham close by. Lots of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire to explore. Close to Rutland Water and all of the activities available. The space The 19th century cottage with a courtyard, has two reception rooms, one of which is the dining room and the other a very cosy living room. Fully fitted kitchen leads off to a large pantry, separate work room, utility room with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and all you need for ironing. Then there is a small garden room where you can offload any wet clothes to dry. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king size bed. The bathroom has bath and separate shower. Guest access You can use any free space in the lane, from the main road, to park, please respect our neighbours. You can park to offload at the front of the house or on the gravel, but be mindful of any required access. Within the cottage there is one private room at the front door, please note the door is locked. There are also two cupboards downstairs that have locks and a wardrobe in the large bedroom that is locked. Everything else you see is accessible for use. Other things to note Please, if you have a dog, don’t allow it into any carpeted areas, we provide dog towels which are kept in the utility room above the dishwasher area on shelves. If wet bring in through the garden room/small conservatory area to dry off. Otherwise enjoy your run of our home.
