There are neighbors below, although each unit has its own private entrance and yard. No common areas are shared, but expect to hear sounds of your neighbors living. Other things to note This amazing home is an upper level duplex, so there will be neighbors beneath you from time to time! You may hear them occasionally, and they will definitely hear any loud noises, jumping, running, doors slamming... We ask all of our guests to be conscious of noise levels and respect quiet hours between 9pm and 6am. If you will be troubled by noise from the neighbors or unable to honor quiet hours and keep footsteps light and children from running and jumping indoors, this may not be the place for you!
