Hiking, gourmet routes, village visits. Organic sourced wooden house (RE2020) offers you unique comfort and a private garden with unobstructed views of the countryside and mountains. Bakery 800 m away, shops and gas station 8 min away. Between Landes and Béarn, experience the charm of the "xarnegu", the sweetness of the Southwest. The space New and bright house, respectful of the RE 2020 standard, although close to the departmental road during working hours on weekdays, quiet area, beautiful countryside view and mountains in the background. House composed of a large living room with large bay windows, a living room with kitchen area with central island, open to the living room for more conviviality and which has a cellar with storage space and refrigerator/freezer, washing machine..., 2 bedrooms (one of 10 m²: 1 bed 140 with large built-in closet, and one of 9 m²: 1 bed 120), a sofa bed 140 in the living room (2 extra beds), a walk-in shower room and a separate toilet with hand washbasin. The air conditioning is reversible (it cools as well as heats): there is a unit in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi is being installed. I provide 2 bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Guest access The entire house and garden are at your disposal. A free parking space is available, small private garden with table and chairs. House on the ground floor, one step but wheelchair ramp on request. Other things to note We are happy to accept everyone, only pets are not allowed in this accommodation and smoking is not allowed inside.
