We'll add Delavie to your day. The Ajoute Delavie studio welcomes you with kindness. Brand new, separate entrance and can accommodate 1–4 people with queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. You will have a studio with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Everything is open concept. A lunch counter serves as a kitchen table. Two stools are present and a folding chair in the bathroom closet. The refrigerator is small in size and includes a freezer. Air conditioning is a portable window unit. This is not a wall unit. We have a special night promotion before and/or after. Find out more :) For sofa bed bedding, you must request it before your arrival. We'll provide it right away if you've indicated that you're three or four guests. We don't provide products in the Airbnb but we leave a tablet available in the accommodation for those who want to share resources between guests. We are not responsible for these products. Please discuss this with us. - Street parking is prohibited from November to May. - only one parking space included (the one on the right) - Air conditioning is installed in July/August (possibly before if discussed/needed) - The air conditioning must run continuously during heat waves to avoid overloading the unit. Lower the thermostats if necessary but do not stop and then overuse. - Products that are left are mostly shared between guests and we are not responsible for them.
