We'll add Delavie to your day. The Ajoute Delavie studio welcomes you with kindness. Brand new, separate entrance and can accommodate 1–4 people with queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. Quartz countertop, fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, toaster, mini oven. Quiet, clean, warm, functional, comfortable. Peaceful neighborhood. No courtyard but 2 minutes from the waterfront. You will have a studio with one queen size bed and one queen size sofa bed. Everything is open air. A lunch counter acts as a kitchen table. Two stools are present and folding chair in the bathroom wardrobe. The fridge is small and includes a freezer. The air conditioning is a transportable window unit. It is not a wall unit. We have a special promotion for the night before and/or after. Ask about it :) For bedding for the sofa bed, you must request it before your arrival. We will provide it from the start if you have indicated that there are three or four guests. We do not provide products in the Airbnb, but we leave a shelf available in the accommodation for those who wish to share resources among guests. We are not responsible for these products. We are not associated with this pool; it is an offering from the municipality. Ask us for anything you need to accommodate you. We'll try to answer that. Bathroom with shower. There is currently no arrangement for you to access the courtyard Other things to note -A staircase to climb. - For a last-minute booking on the same day, check-in could be later. Please discuss it with us. - Street parking is not allowed from November to May. - only one parking spot included (the one on the right) - Air conditioning is installed in July/August (possibly earlier if discussed/necessary) -The air conditioning must run continuously during heat waves to avoid overloading the unit. Lower the thermostat if necessary, but do not turn it off and then overuse it. - The products that are left are mostly shared among guests, and we are not responsible for them. If you don't like sharing, use your belongings . - We are not responsible and no compensation will be granted in the event of a breakdown by external service providers beyond our control: Internet network/electricity/running water, etc. - If you break the equipment or do a damage leaving traces ex: on the couch, towels or stained sheets etc, you must assume the cleaning and notify the hosts before your departure. - We are not responsible for your travel in winter (if you need to leave at a specific time, you must notify us in advance to coordinate snow removal) - The public pool is a few streets away and is not always open.
