Our accommodation is located in a small village -Käferbach- central between Ansbach, Herrieden and Aurach. Käferbach is located in a green valley which invites you for short walks. The space Our accommodation consists of a room with a kitchen, dining and sleeping area and a private bathroom just for you. The total size of the accommodation is 25 square metres. In the kitchen, a microwave with hot air and grill function is available as an oven in which smaller dishes such as a pizza or bread rolls can be prepared without any problems. The hob is a self-sufficient hob. Drinks are available in the flat for a small extra charge, a welcome drink is free :). Tea and filter coffee are free of charge. The bed measures 1.40 x 2.00 m and is equipped with a high-quality spring mattress, so that you can also enjoy a pleasant night as a couple. All windows of our accommodation are equipped with insect screens so that you have a quiet stay without disturbing insects. The internet speed is 100Mbit/s (available via WLAN & LAN). The TV is equipped with a set up Amazon Fire TV Stick inkl. Netflix and usual TV. You are welcome to use our fireplace incl. firewood and barbecue. There is also a small outdoor seating area. Free parking is available directly on the property. You can store your bicycles in our garage and charge them if necessary. Guest access You have the entire building to yourselves :) On our large property with 4,200sqm you will definitely find a nice place in the garden to relax. Other things to note Our accommodation is designed for 2 people. We like to make an exception for children ;) You are welcome to bring your dog, for which a cleaning fee will be charged. Our property is fully fenced, if you bring your dog you are welcome to let it run free :) You are welcome to charge your e-car at our wallbox (Typ2, 11kW) (ct/kWh). For stays of 4 nights or more, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 200€ in cash or by credit card on arrival - but we will inform you in advance. In case of excessive soiling of the accommodation we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of up to 200€ (net).
