Set on 180 acres just outside Warwick, Hilltop at Greymare is a private, fully off-grid escape set high on the property, surrounded by open bush and wide skies. Featuring two bedrooms, both with ensuites, plus an outdoor bath, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, fire pit & Starlink WiFi. Built for comfort without losing connection to the landscape everything you need is here, use it as much or as little as you like. That’s kind of the point. The space Hilltop is set up to be simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Inside, there are two bedrooms, both with their own ensuite, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a living space that opens straight out onto the deck. It’s been put together in a way that feels considered without being overdone — everything you need, nothing you don’t. Outside is where the place really opens up. The outdoor bath, fire pit, and BBQ give you a few different ways to spend your time, whether that’s a slow morning, a long afternoon, or an easy night under the stars. There’s WiFi and a TV if you feel like using them, but it’s just as good without. Most people find they settle in pretty quickly out here. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Hilltop house and the surrounding area of the property during their stay. The property sits on 180 acres, and while you’re welcome to explore, most guests tend to stay around the house, deck, and immediate surrounds. Access is via a private gated entry, with a digital lock code provided prior to arrival. There is another cabin on the property (Treeline), located over 600 metres away. Both are positioned for privacy, so you won’t see or hear each other during your stay.
