(Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 45/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house. We reserve the right to the penalties of Rm 200 for extra cleaning charges.
