A cozy and modern family apartment located right next to the ski slope in Filipovice. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a quality double bed, and a full-size sleeping option on a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. For children, there is a small play corner, a kids’ table with chairs, a high chair, and bathroom amenities. A perfect place for a family stay in the Jeseníky Mountains – right by the ski slope in winter and close to hiking trails in summer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including storage areas. Parking is provided at our private parking space no. 11 (right side of the parking area by the building). If the spot opposite the stairs is free, you may use that as well — it’s closer to the entrance. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox located at the entrance door (the code will be sent before arrival) Other things to note Before departure, please make sure all windows are closed (attic apartment). Check that all appliances are turned off – do not turn off the boiler. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Please take out the trash: mixed waste is next to the building, recycling at “Pepovka.” Please return the keys to the lockbox at the entrance door and close it securely.
