Construction trailer directly on the Havel

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park. The space The construction trailer is fully equipped with a bed, heating, kitchenette with induction stove and many loving details. During the expansion, mainly natural materials were used to create a pleasant living environment. Please note that there is no shower on site. A wash basin and a canister with well water are always available for washing up. NOTE FOR WINTER: The property can be used down to approx. -5°C. If temperatures fall well below freezing, the stay in the accommodation must be postponed. Other things to note For your stay, you can rent a mobile sauna barrel in which up to 4 people can sweat together. The sauna can be placed directly on the Havel, so you can either jump into the Havel or find ice-cold refreshment under the outdoor shower. There is currently no hot shower.
