Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Upon entering the property, you will find a garden area featuring a children's playground and a barbecue zone with a table for enjoying outdoor meals. We also have a treehouse (inaccessible) and a saltwater pool, as well as a chill-out area and sun loungers. You can play basketball, darts, and table tennis in the garden. To access the house, you go up a flight of stairs leading to a porch with space for dining in the shade. Inside, the dining room serves as the central hub, with the bedrooms arranged around it. There are four bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom, two rooms with double beds and wardrobes, and a room with two bunk beds and wardrobes for the little ones. Cots are available if needed. There is an additional bathroom accessible from the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with sofas and a television. Guest access The entrance is shared with the owners who live behind on the same plot. The pool, house, barbecue and garden are exclusively for guests. Other things to note The saltwater pool is unheated and available for use during the summer months, provided guests are considerate and adhere to the hours permitted by current municipal regulations. Parties are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Additional guests are not permitted. The use of loudspeakers is not allowed.
